1. The process of blow molding machine is using preforms to make plastic bottles. The preforms are produced with the necks of the bottles, including threads on one end. The preforms are heated typically by infrared heater, then blown using high-pressure air into bottles using metal blow molds. The preform is always stretched with a core rod as part of the process. 15. Each heating lamp has a voltage regulator to control the voltage of each heating tube to ensure its normal operation. The voltage can be easily and conveniently monitored and adjusted by the quality temperature-controlled meter. Adopting high quality German Semikron Silicon Controlled Rectifier, the temperature controlling is accurate and stable.
16. The heater adopts air-cooled and water-cooled design to ensure that the neck of the heated preform won't deform.
